Tactical Competition weights
- Men's standard-7.00 pounds each
- When paired with lightweight Medium plate carriers this kit equals 15 pounds.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your plate carrier and plates meet the required 15 pounds for competition.
- Ladies standard- 5.5 pounds each
- When paired with the lightweight medium plate carrier this kit equals 12 pounds.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your plate carrier and plates meet the required 12 pounds for competition.

Crossfit weights
- Men's standard- Each plate is 9.5 lbs and with the most common plate carrier the weight should be very close to 20lbs.
- Ladies Standard- Each plate is 6.5 lbs and with the most common plate carrier the weight should be very close to 14 lbs.
